5 Fan-tastic Super Bowl Snacks

One of the first party events of the year. The big game is only weeks away.  If you are having a Blowout Super Bowl Party, after you invite me, you must make sure to have great food.  Hello, food & football go hand in hand.  I have searched for reincarnations of Super Bowl Staples as well as new ideas.  Here are the top five.  Click on each title to get the recipe.

What is a party without Chicken Wings and Martha Stewart?  Our first dish is courtesy of Martha Stewart.com.  Say what you will, Martha hooks it up in everything she puts her hands on.  Three of my favorite food groups – brown sugar, barbecue, and chicken.  (Ha Ha)  Be sure to make extra and have plenty of napkins on hand, these will fly of the plate. (pun intended)

2. Potato Skins

No sports gathering can be complete without some form of potato. I’m not talking chips here. It’s all about potato skins. Mmm, carb-olicious. {no judgement zone}. Thank you to The Pioneer Woman.com for this tasty treat.  This is definitely a food that is fun and filling to eat.

3. The Best Healthy Seven Layer Dip

7-layer-dip-682x1024Introducing the best Healthy Seven Layer Dip recipe. It’s easy to make and so delicious! This is brought to us by Fannetastic Food. Thanks Anne . This site has so many awesome, it was very hard to choose.  Make sure you check them out.

4.  Clinton Kelly’s Super Bowl® Punch

All that snacking requires some liquid libation, don’t you agree? Wait no longer my friends. Coming to you live from one of my all-time favorite foodie shows The Chew. I selected a spectacular drink that will knock your socks off. Literally, it contains vodka, tequila, rum, and gin.  Now is the time to draw straws for the designated driver.

5. Pull Apart Touchdown Cupcakes
